Tuition & Policies

Individual Music & Voice Lessons

Students may register for individual lessons on a monthly basis. Tuition is due on or before the 5th of each month. Tuition is considered late after the 5th of the month. Payments received after the 5th will be charged a $25 late fee. There is a one time $50 registration fee.

30 minutes: $100/mo. + material fees
1 hour: $200/mo. + material fees

We do not offer family or group discounts
When a lesson falls on a 5th week of the month, the student receives that lesson free of charge

Full tuition is due during the months of November and December.

Dance Classes

Our dance classes begin August 16th and run until the end of the spring semester. Students may register in January to join the current class if openings are available.

There is a one-time non-refundable $25 Registration Fee

$25 for August and then $50 per month for September - December.

Total for the semester, including registration fee – $250.

If paying for the semester up front, the registration fee is waived for a total of $225.

There are no refunds or transferring funds once you have registered.

Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures

Parents may drop off students for the scheduled lesson time only.

Waiting Area Policies

Parents and siblings may wait in the waiting room area, but please do not enter the lesson room. (Feel free to look through the window of the door)
Students 10 years and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult in the waiting room area. (Not during the lesson)
Students may not wait in the lesson rooms. They may only be in the lessons rooms during their lesson.

Cancellations, Weather & Make-Up Lessons

If the music mentor cancels, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.
If the student cancels, make-up lesson will not be scheduled.
In the event of inclement weather, please check your email for closures or late openings. We will be sending updates via email. We are no longer following the Williamson County cancellation schedule.
We will be closed on the following Williamson County School District holiday’s:
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas

Communication

Email is the primary source of communication. Make sure you check your email regularly.
